چکیده

The aim of the study was to evaluate cardiac functional parameters after 11 weeks dosed, high-intensity exercises on a treadmill in 12-13-week-old healthy rats. In general, physical activity is cheapest and safest method reduce cardiovascular disease risk factors (1,2,3). Within scope our study, we subjected male rats exercise for then studied function by echocardiography assess effects heart. were divided into 2 groups: 1) control group, which did not receive any execrise (n=8); 2) group performed 10 full rotations per day, with 1-minute active breaks between, 5 days week (treadmill speed 19m/min, incline 300) – n=8.Cardiac assessed through transthoracic twice (at start weeks). Compared there changes terms improvement particular, ejection fraction, stroke volume, left ventricular wall thickness, end-diastolic volume increased, contrary, end-systolic decreased, compared data non-trained same sex age.The present can be considered as another step forward heart developed background activity.

dioxide were examined by electrocardiographic records. Bradycardia and arrhythmias were observed following exposure to 20 ppm for 3 hours (76). These alterations were attributed to changes in parasympathetic nervous activity following exposure. The levels used were high relative to those obtained from unaged tobacco smoke. In addition, it has been suggested that enzyme-inhibiting effects associ...

The Effect of Eight- Week High-Intensity Interval Training on the Expression of Cardiac Angiostatin and Focal adhesion Kinase Proteins at Left Ventricle in Diabetic Rats

Background: Diabetes can increase cardiovascular disease by altering the equilibrium between angiogenic stimulants and inhibitors of angiogenesis. In this study, we investigated the effect of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on angiostatin and focal adhesion kinase (FAK-1) in left ventricle cardiomyocytes in diabetic rats. Methods: In this experimental study, 24 male Wistar rats were ra...

Effect of High-Intensity Interval Training and Crocin on Hematological Parameters in Doxorubicin-Induced Male Rats

Background: Doxorubicin (DOX) is an anthracyclines antibiotic and is one of the most effective antitumor drugs. However, using this drug is associated with poisoning of healthy tissues. The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in hematological parameters of male rats exposed to doxorubicin after eight weeks of high-intensity interval training and crocin consumption. Materials a...
